The white dial includes embossed, raised, nickel-finished Arabic numerals, a black minute track, and nickel-finished hour and minute hands. A convex, curved glass crystal and a nickel-finished bezel.

Quartz, battery-operated single-chime movement plays hourly only Westminster melody on the hour and counts the hour. Features automatic night-time shut-off between 10:01 pm and 5:59 am. Requires three AA-sized batteries. Two operate a preset volume chime, and one operates the time.
