SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

The Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
SHIPPING
STANDARD SHIPPING
– Shipping options are pre-determined based on location and represent a fair balance between cost and security.
– Standard Shipping does not include any insured protections for the value of the items.
– The buyer assumes all responsibility for their order’s delivery to them when choosing to ship Standard.
– The buyer accepts all the risks of shipping Standard and waives the right to refund or return in the case of delivery issues not attributed to mistakes made by the seller or are outside of seller control.
– Typical delivery times for most domestic addresses is 1-2 weeks. US deliveries are typically 2 weeks.
– All orders will ship with a tracking number and processed typically within 3 business days.
FREE SHIPPING
– We offer free shipping on orders over $500 excluding specially marked items. Please see the product page or contact us for specific shipping information on your product if you have questions.
– Free Shipping is shipped Standard and but may be upgraded at no extra cost to Premium Insured starting with orders $500 CAD and above from the best available courier for your specified delivery address.
– If you require or wish to elect for premium shipping solutions, select the appropriate available option at checkout or contact us prior to purchase with any special requests.
– Typical delivery times for most domestic addresses is 1-2 weeks depending on shipping method.
– All orders will ship with a tracking number and processed typically within 3 business days.
We do not offer Free Shipping on any sale, discounted, or Pre-Owned items.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
– Shipping options are pre-determined based on location and represent a fair balance between cost and security. If you require expedited or specific shipping conditions, please contact us before placing your order so we can accommodate you a shipping solution better suited for your needs.
PREMIUM INSURED SHIPPING
– Premium Insured Shipping often offers faster delivery times and insurance on the full value of your item.
– We ship with the best courier available for your shipping address. By purchasing from us, you agree to accept shipment by any courier available.
– Order subtotals $500 CAD and above may automatically be upgraded or only offer insured shipping based on your invoice, shipping address, or other factors.
– Typical delivery times for most domestic and international addresses is 1 week.
– All orders will ship with a tracking number and processed typically within 3 business days.
IN STOCK ITEMS
– Items with a listed quantity are stocked in-store and can be viewed during open store hours. These items will be processed immediately and can be shipped out as fast as same-day.
Items without a listed quantity but labelled Available are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Delivery times may vary and customers will be informed immediately if processing extends beyond the standard 1 business week.
Orders may be cancelled or refused without notice if fulfillment is not at all possible or possible within a reasonable time.
Cancelled orders will either be fully refunded or have the payment authorization withdrawn with immediate effect.
Backordered items can be ordered but may incur an extended processing and delivery timeline. Customers will be informed as soon as information becomes available.
Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded with immediate effect if an appropriate shipping solution is not agreed upon by ourselves and you, the buyer.
DELIVERY
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
- We may offer international shipping (outside of US and Canada) depending on location. Contact us to get started.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
- If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
- For delivery issues outside of our control (strike action, weather, service disruptions) we adhere to the guidelines set out by the respective couriers.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
- Standard and Free Shipping: Contact the courier for your order with your tracking number for resolutions.
- Insured: Take photos of the delivery condition and get in touch with us with as many details that you can provide.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?
- The buyer is ultimately responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address at time of purchase. You must contact us within 24 hours of your mistake for us to make adjustments. While we may make a best effort to rectify any shipping address issues, we cannot guarantee an altered address, especially after shipment.
- After 24 hours of purchase you waive your right to make claims on mistaken delivery for errors incurred by yourself.
HOW SECURE IS MY DELIVERY?
- Every order shipped by us requires a signature upon delivery.
