Our team at It’s About Time & Jewelry are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. We strive to help you find your perfect piece within our collection of fine timepieces and jewelry.

Returns
Purchased Items may be returned in-store with eligibility subject to approval from an on-site assessment.
Orders paid by debit or credit card are subject to a 15% restocking fee to recoup non-refundable costs charged to us by your card company – no exceptions.

- Watches: Acceptable if there is no damage or dents, signs of wear, or has been sized. Included accessories such as extra straps, warranty card, and manuals must be intact and included. Any returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
- Backorders: Customers will be informed of backorder terms and availability prior to confirmation of orders. Customer-accepted and pending backorders are not cancellable or refundable until the fulfilment of the order and subject to our normal return terms.Please note: Special orders, Sale/Clearance items, Pre-Owned, and custom designs are a final sale.

Exchanges

- We will exchange any item, unworn, un-sized, and accompanied by the original sales slip, within 14 days of the original purchase excluding approved exceptions.
- If you would like to pick out your new timepiece or jewelry at a later date, we will readily issue a credit note for the full amount of the original purchase or any amount remaining after exchange. Your credit note can be used at any time and never expires.
- Please retain the credit note, as presentation is required at the time of purchase.
- Pre-Owned items are a final sale but may be exchanged (pending approval) provided they are in the original condition they were sold.

- You have 7 days of receiving your product (per the courier tracking updates) to contact us so that we may resolve your situation.
