Returns
Items may be returned in-store (eligibility subject to approval from on-site assessment) and are subject to a 4.9% fee to recoup non-refundable costs charged to us by your card company.

- Watches: Acceptable if there is no damage, dents, or signs of wear. Included accessories such as extra straps, warranty card, and manuals must be intact. Any returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

- Please note: Special orders, sale/clearance items and custom designs are a final sale.

Exchanges

- We will exchange any item, unworn and accompanied by the original sales slip, within 14 days of the original purchase excluding approved exceptions.
- If you would like to pick out your new timepiece or jewelry at a later date, we will readily issue a credit note for the full amount of the original purchase or any amount remaining after exchange. Your credit note can be used at any time and never expires.
- Please retain the credit note, as presentation is required at the time of purchase.
