SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

The Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

SHIPPING

  • STANDARD SHIPPING

Shipping options are pre-determined based on location and represent a fair balance between cost and security.

Standard Shipping does not include insured protections for the value of the items in the order in the event of delivery issues such as (but not limited to) lost parcels.

The buyer assumes all responsibility for their order’s delivery to them (outside of shipper error or issues outside of our control) when choosing to ship Standard.

    • The buyer accepts all the risks of shipping Standard and waives the right to refund or return in the case of delivery issues not attributed to mistakes made by us. 

Typical delivery times for most addresses is 1-2 business weeks.

All orders will ship with a tracking number.

  • FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over $500 excluding marked items. Please see the product page or contact us for specific shipping information on your product if you have questions.

Free Shipping is shipped Standard from the best available courier for your specified delivery address.

If you require or wish to elect for insured shipping solutions, select the appropriate available option at checkout or contact us prior to purchase with any special requests.

Typical delivery times for most addresses is 1-2 business weeks.

All orders will ship with a tracking number.

We do not offer free shipping on any sale or discounted items.

  • EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Shipping options are pre-determined based on location and represent a fair balance between cost and security. If you require expedited or specific shipping terms, please contact us before order placement during the processing period so accommodate you a shipping option better suited for your needs.

  • INSURED SHIPPING

We ship with the best courier available to your shipping address. By purchasing from us, you agree to accept the method chosen unless you specifically elect otherwise.

Insured Shipping may be available for selection on checkout but must be chosen by the you, the purchaser before payment.

Order subtotals $1000 CAD and above may automatically be upgraded or recommended an upgrade to insured shipping based on your invoice, shipping address, or other factors.

The buyer assumes all responsibility for the item’s delivery, accepts all risks, and waives their right to a refund or return by deferring to or refusing an upgrade to insured shipping in the event of delivery issues.

Typical delivery times for most addresses is 1 business week.

DELIVERY

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

    • We may offer international shipping (outside of US and Canada) depending on location. Contact us to get started.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

    • If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
    • For delivery issues outside of our control (strike action, weather, service disruptions) we adhere to the guidelines set out by the respective couriers.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

    • Standard and Free Shipping: Reach out to the courier for your order with your tracking number for resolutions.
    • Insured: Take photos of the delivery condition and get in touch with us with as many details that you can provide.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?

    • The buyer is ultimately responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address at time of purchase. You must contact us within 24 hours of your mistake for us to make adjustments. While we may make a best effort to rectify any shipping address issues, we cannot guarantee an altered address, especially after shipment.
    • After 24 hours of purchase you waive your right to make claims on mistaken delivery for errors incurred by yourself.

HOW SECURE IS MY DELIVERY?

    • Every order shipped by us requires a signature upon delivery.
